Leadership Profiles

Raj Ananthanpillai, Chief Executive Officer

Raj Ananthanpillai is the Chairman, CEO of Endera. Previously he was the CEO of InfoZen since 2004, a high end Cloud and Risk Management services company, which was successfully sold in 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Strategy Officer of ePlus, Inc. (NASDAQ: PLUS), a business process automation and financial services company. Ananthanpillai was also the president and CEO of NetBalance, a venture capital backed multimillion dollar Software Company, which was successfully sold in 2000.

 

Before founding NetBalance, he held senior executive positions at I-NET, a $300M IT managed services firm, and AT&T. He holds an M.S. in Engineering Physics, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering, and executive education in International Business Management and Financial Planning. He is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), has multiple U.S. Patents and is the author of two books. Raj Ananthanpillai is also a board member for the Wolf Trap Foundation, and on the Advisory Board of the University of Kansas School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.

Steve Roe, Chief Revenue Officer

Steve Roe is Chief Revenue Officer at Trua, responsible for our customer facing team and strategy. Steve has 20 plus years of experience building and leading successful sales teams in multiple industries and at different stages of maturity.  

 

Before Trua, Steve was the co-founder and CRO for MapVida, a data analytics startup that was acquired in early 2020. Prior to MapVida, Steve was the Vice President of Sales for Gordian, a software and data company focused on the construction industry and TransUnion, a global consumer data company. Steve is a co-inventor on two U.S Patents and is an advisor to multiple startups. He graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a degree in Finance and philosophy.

Rochelle Sherman, Chief Product Officer

Rochelle Sherman has been the chief product officer at Endera since 2016. Rochelle is responsible for the strategy and development of Endera’s core products. With more than 15 years of experience driving innovation and business growth through product development, she is passionate about using innovation to help organizations solve their most demanding business challenges.

 

Prior to Endera, Rochelle served as Director of Product Management at Acxiom, where she was responsible for building web applications that delivered differentiated value and profitability within the marketing and risk management industries. In 2013, she launched a first-of-its-kind (patent pending) consumer transparency application receiving industry, privacy advocate and regulator recognition. Prior to Acxiom, Ms. Sherman was Vice President of Client Operations for Alvion Inc.

Jeff Highman, Chief Technology Officer

Jeff Highman is Chief Technology Officer at Endera since 2016, responsible for transforming Endera’s technology vision into products that solve real world problems. He has more than 20 years of experience leading technology with a focus on the fusion of software development, security, operations, and data science. He is passionate about engineering culture, and has a strong track record of leading high-performance teams to solve complex problems.

 

Prior to Endera, Jeff served as Director of the Transformation Program Office at (ISC)2, where he was responsible for leading the modernization of entire IT portfolio to better serve Cybersecurity practitioners worldwide. While with Evolver, he led architecture and development for DHS’ $1B modernization program. In his early career, he helped found a technology services company. He led Amtrak Police Department’s efforts in the operations for the Risk Operating Management Analysis Network (ROMAN Secure Network) of the Corporate Security Division. From 2003-2008, he led modernization efforts at the US Patent and Trademark office that are credited for taking the patent process from paper to digital.

Steve Penyak, Vice President of Business Operations

Steve Penyak has over 30 years of experience in helping customers achieve their missions through IT and Business Process transformational services, including a track record of winning key customers. His greatest satisfaction is helping companies grow and contributing to the capture of business opportunities and then successfully serving customers.

 

Prior to joining Endera, Steve was a Senior Vice President at InfoZen for seven years where he managed most of InfoZen’s business operations, served as capture of new business, and led key transformational programs for customers. Steve also served as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President for ACS Education Solutions, a subsidiary of ACS, Inc. He has managed very large programs including successfully managing a $1B IT and Business Process Management program for the U.S. Department of Education. Prior to ACS, Mr. Penyak served as a Senior Manager for Andersen Consulting (now known as Accenture) primarily serving the Public and the financial services sectors. He served in a key management role in winning and then delivering on the first Edgar Electronic Filing System for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Steve holds an MBA degree and a BS degree in Computer Science, both from Virginia Tech.
